Why do we do it? : We live to make, and play games, it's our passion. Our passion for games is our primary motivation to make great products.
How are we organised? : We are experienced, organised and motivated individuals that operate within a mostly flat hierarchy. We perform multiple roles in small teams where everyone is equally important and visible.

Why are we successful? : Throughout our careers, whilst performing many roles on many types of projects we've learnt what works, and what doesn't. Allowing us to get things done as efficiently as possible.
How can we help you? : We take pride in our can-do attitude and resourcefulness. There's always a way, often many ways, to get something done effectively.
Kevin has been a professional in the games industry since 1994, and
has worked on more than 10 published games. Kevin has worked on a
diverse range of projects, including two number one charting games and
two BAFTA award winning games. Kevin likes to do a
bit of everything from programming to art. Kevin has been into games
development since, as a child, he acquired his first computer in the
mid 1980s, a Toshiba MSX. He used to write out game listings from
magazines, and then moved on to write his own.
Lynsey brings skills and knowledge from an office management background, where she
has many years experience working in both the mobile phone industry and the
games industry. Lynsey is responsible for everything administration and
financial. Lynsey's favourite types of games are farming and cooking games, she's
also interested in social media. Lynsey got into games at a young age when she became
a fan of the original Duke Nukem in the early 1990s.
Joe brings many years of games industry expertise to the table. Joe likes to be involved
in many areas of development. Mostly he is interested in team leading, games design,
visual effects, programming and tools pipelines. Joe's favourite genres of games are
first person shooters and real time strategy games,
he has also been involved in running guilds and corporations in various massively multiplayer
online games. Joe's interest in games was sparked when he built his first PC and quickly
discovered local area network gaming parties, where he'd modify games and their content, creating
new levels for everyone to play on.
